Please note: We are not a registered limited company at this time.


2. Product Information

All Axelerate Clothing items are made to order using print-on-demand services. This means:

  • Every item is custom-printed once your order is placed.
  • We do not hold stock or produce items in advance.

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.


3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 working days.
  • We ship within the UK and internationally.
  • Shipping options available at checkout include standard and express delivery.
  • We use Royal Mail and DPD as our primary delivery providers.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected and the destination.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT.
  • Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or additional international fees are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We accept secure payments through:
    • Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe)
    • PayPal

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we can only accept returns or offer refunds for items that are faulty or damaged.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

Please do not return any items before contacting us.

To start a return, email us at hello@axelerateclothing.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Description and clear photos of the fault or damage

If your return is approved:

  • You will be given instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Once received and inspected, we will confirm whether a refund or replacement will be issued.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund after the confirmation:

  1. Double-check your bank account or card statement.
  2. Contact your card issuer or bank — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. If it’s still missing, contact us at hello@axelerateclothing.co.uk.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)
  • Sale items (unless damaged or faulty)

Exchanges We can only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange, email us at hello@axelerateclothing.co.uk.


6. Promotions & Discount Codes

We occasionally offer discount codes and promotions. These:

  • Are only valid for the time period stated.
  • Cannot be applied after an order is placed.
  • May be subject to additional terms, such as minimum order value or usage limits.
