We want you to love your Axelerate Clothing gear — but if something’s gone wrong, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
All of our items are made to order, which means we only accept returns if your item arrives faulty or damaged.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
If your return is approved, we’ll either send out a replacement or issue a refund — whichever works best for you.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that are the wrong size (please double-check our size guide before ordering)
- Change of mind
- Sale items
- Any item not in its original condition
💸 Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and check it over, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for it to appear in your account.
📦 Return Shipping
Unless your item is faulty or damaged, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.
